Clover Mini vs Clover Station
The Clover Mini WiFi is a compact payment terminal carrying all the functionality of its larger sibling Clover devices. The Mini can accept PIN debit and EBT cards in addition to credit cards, just like the Station Pro. The Clover Station Solo and the Clover Go are the only two devices unable to accept PIN debit and EBT cards.
The Mini's antimicrobial corning touch screen measuring 7 inches is smaller than the screen on both Clover Stations, which have 14-inch displays each. Because of its smaller footprint, it is compact enough to fit anywhere on the checkout counter or in the back of the dining room.
Unlike both Station devices, the Mini has access to all Clover plans Payment Plus, Register Lite, Register, Counter Service Restaurant, and Table Service Restaurant.
Clover Mini vs. Clover Flex
The main difference between Clover Mini and Clover Flex is that Mini is a countertop payment processing POS.
The Mini's purpose is to accept payments without leaving your place of business via Ethernet, WiFi, and 4G LTE connection.
Unlike the Flex, the Mini offers four USB ports connectivity to various peripheral accessories such as a cash drawer, weight scale, and barcode scanner. The Flex has a built-in barcode scanner, and it doesn't connect to a cash drawer or a weight scale. Both terminals have a built-in receipt printer (standard receipt paper). You can also place it on a swivel stand for easy operation.

The Mini can accept most payment types: swipe, EMV chip cards, NFC contactless payments, debit cards, EBT cards, Clover Gift Cards, and checks.
The NFC contactless payments include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and more.
When you open a merchant account with CardConnect MSP and settle your daily batch before 9:30 pm EST, you will see a deposit in your bank account the next day.
How much will you pay to process payments?
We understand that running a business is costly, and we want to make sure you don't overpay for your merchant services.
That's why we can offer flat pricing of 2.6% +$0.05 per transaction for all card-present and card-not-present transactions.

What is the new Merchant Surcharge Program?
In addition to cost-saving traditional merchant services pricing, we now offer the Merchant Surcharge Program.
To help cover your processing costs on eligible credit cards, you'll be able to add a fixed 3.5% fee to your customers' credit card transactions. Eligible transactions include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Opt Blue card-present and card-not-present.
This program is available to US-based companies in all states except Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, and Armed Forces.

Our equipment may not be "free" or the lowest price you can find. But, combined with the reasonable cost of your merchant account, it will contribute to your success and not hurt your business.
Clover Mini Prices
When activating a new merchant services account with CardConnect MSP, we can offer the Clover Mini for $149.
Upon activating your new Clover device, the screen will present you with an option to choose a Clover Software Plan.
Payments Plus: $4.95 per month, per device
Register Lite: $9.95 per month, per device
Register: $39.95 per month for the first device plus $9.95 for each additional device per location
Counter Service Restaurant: $39.95 per month for the first device plus $9.95 for each additional device per location
Table Service Restaurant: $69.95 per month for the first device plus $9.95 for each additional device per location
If you plan to use the Mini where WiFi is available, you may not need to activate the 4G LTE data plan. But, if your internet goes down, the data plan will cost $15 per month. You can turn the data on and off each month.

Each Clover POS system is ready to take payments right out of the box. But, every merchant has different business requirements, and that's where the Clover App Market comes in.
You'll be able to choose from hundreds of free and premium apps that will make your Mini even more powerful. Manage payroll with Gusto, simplify scheduling with Time Clock, transfer sales to QuickBooks, and stay compliant with Davo Sales Tax.
